We are Dynamic — now Dynamic Servitech Private Limited. For over two decades we have designed, built and supported electronic safety and monitoring systems for cranes and marine operations. AWM-1005 is our Anchor Winch Monitor for barges and vessels.
Dynamic has worked in crane and marine safety electronics since 2000, and began manufacturing its own load and monitoring systems in 2005. In 2024 the safety-electronics and field-service arms were consolidated under Dynamic Servitech Private Limited (DSPL) — a single entity that takes a system from concept to end-of-life: research, design, manufacture, installation, service and spares, all under one roof.
The same team that researches a problem designs the board, populates the enclosure, commissions it on deck, and answers the phone when you call years later — critical for high-stakes offshore operations.
Electronics, firmware and mechanical design developed by our own engineering team in Pune — sensors, controllers, displays and communication.
Assembly, enclosure build, sensor integration and calibration done in our own facility. No badge-engineering, no imported black boxes.
A pan-India service network supporting installed units since 2004 — commissioning, recalibration, breakdown and overhaul.
Because we built it, we stock and supply spares for the full operating life of every system — no obsolescence cliff.
The Anchor Winch Monitor is a system of sensors and displays that gives a barge or vessel highly accurate, real-time readings of its anchor lines — line tension and pay-out — so the operation stays securely anchored, smooth and safe in demanding marine conditions.

Individual sensors and local displays are set up at every point where an anchor is lowered into the water. Each local display is connected to a master display, so the barge master can view all anchor data together at a single, central location.
The well-connected system, user-friendly apparatus and accuracy of measurement ensure the barge or vessel is anchored securely — keeping the entire operation smooth and safe.

Real-time tension on each winch rope, sensed by industry-proven external sensors.
Length of rope paid out per winch, for accurate anchor positioning.
Pay-out and haul-in speed, supporting controlled anchor operations.
Logging facilities with pre-set and selectable limits for records and review.

The Dynamic AWM-1005 is configured with master and slave displays. The winch operator and the barge master view the same data simultaneously, in real time — local 7-segment LED displays at each winch and a 14″ LCD master display for the full picture.
The system scales from 4 winches to 8, and up to 24 anchor data inputs in a modular arrangement — so one architecture covers a small barge or a large offshore vessel.
Dynamic has worked in marine and offshore crane safety since 2001 — including line-tension and pedestal-crane safe-load systems on barges and vessels. The AWM-1005 is our own anchor-winch monitor; we also carry and service the Robway RCI-1550 installed base from that period.
And if the requirement isn't on the shelf, we have the full technical capability to custom-build it — engineered by our R&D, manufactured in our own facility, and supported with service and spares for the life of the vessel. One accountable team, concept to end-of-life.
